Le dermatofibrosarcome de Darier-Ferrand (DSF DF) est une tumeur rare, représentant environ 0,1 % des tumeurs cutanées malignes. Il est caractérisé par une agressivité locale avec un important potentiel à la récidive, même si la survenue de métastases est rare, elles existent. Nous en rapportons un cas chez une jeune burkinabé de 27 ans.
